Vikram Bhatt

Dr. Vikram Bhatt graduated with an MBBS degree from University College London in 1981. After completing his training, Dr. Bhatt began working as a general practitioner in West London. His other main interest has always been general practice education and he was a GP Trainer for 10 years, carrying out one-to-one training of GP trainees in his practice.

Over the years, Dr. Bhatt has developed interests in other areas of medicine and for the past 23 years, he has served as the medical director for the International Maritime Organisation, a UN body based in London. In this role, he has focused on providing regular screening and has become passionate about the importance of early disease detection.

In addition to his work with the UN, Dr. Bhatt also built a successful private general practice over the past 25 years through word-of-mouth referrals. He recently retired from his full-time private practice to achieve a better work-life balance.

Dr. Bhatt has built up an extensive network of the world’s leading clinical specialists and can access this network for prompt onward referrals if required.

Dr. Bhatt’s current focus is on working with Echelon Health to provide advanced screening and health prevention advice, and he continues with his role as medical director for the UN organisation.
