Your day at Echelon
We know that any visit to a medical facility, however calming we have made the environment, can be a nervous experience. Our trained and experienced team are with you every step of the way so that you remain relaxed during your visit to Echelon Health. From the moment you step through the door to the moment you leave, we make sure you have everything you need. If you need a bit of time to yourself, that’s fine too. But if you need us, we’re there, to make sure your experience is as relaxing and as hassle free as we can possibly make it.

Your day in detail
- You are greeted personally on arrival by one of our highly trained Client Liaison team
- You will complete any last minute paperwork (although most will have been done beforehand)
- You will have your bloods taken and undergo an ECG
- Dependent on the package you have chosen, you will move seamlessly from CT to MRI to Ultrasound
- After your CT scans (if applicable) you will be able to have something to eat and drink
- You may need to visit other facilities in the Harley Street area (such as for more high power MRI scanning) but if this is required, we will personally escort you there
- At the end of your visit, the team will review the day with you to ensure it met your expectations and arrange a date for your follow up consultation
- We will then follow up with you afterwards to ensure everything was to your satisfaction and finalise the date (if required) for any follow up consultation
