Ahmed joins Echelon with more than 20 years’ experience in Luxury Hospitality and Private Healthcare both in the UK and internationally. His most recent senior role was Commercial Director and Executive Board member of Bupa Cromwell Hospital in South Kensington, where he was in charge of setting the hospital’s commercial strategy and oversaw marketing, business development, consultant and GP relationship and international patients departments.
With a Bachelor degree in commerce, He started his career in Luxury hospitality, working for Four Seasons Hotels and resorts in various roles within accounting and sales and marketing where his last role was regional sales manager in charge of Europe. Following this he took on various roles within iconic hotels like Maybourne Group, owner and operator of Claridge’s, Berkeley and Connaught Hotels in London where he was a senior sales manager in charge of Middle East and Oil and Gas industries and Diplomatic relations. Ahmed also held the position of Director of International Sales for the re-opening of the legendary Savoy hotel in London. He also advised many companies on how to attract, retain and develop relationships with high net worth individuals during his time as owner and Managing Director of Caviar Black Ltd.
